I would like to take this opportunity to thank Money and Me for the fantastic service I have received.When I took voluntary redundancy 19 years ago I was advised by an Insurance agent to transfer from my final salary pension scheme into a Bond with the insurance company. I was assured that I would receive a better pension on retirement along with a tax free lump sum.
Two years ago I received a letter from the Insurance Company to advise me that there would be no cash free lump sum and my final pension would only be the minimum they had to offer under government guidelines.
I tried speaking to the Insurance company but got absolutely nowhere.
I then decided to contact Money and Me, the best thing I could possible have done, They worked tirelessly on my behalf and the end result was that the Insurance company upheld the missold and I received a cheque for £167,803.00. as compensation. To say I was delighted is a massive understatement.
I cannot thank Money for Me enough and would highly recommend anybody in similar circumstances to use the services they provide.
